- Oven bake 230°C/Gas 8 for 10-12 minutes. Pan sauté add 1tsp of water and cook over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. To microwave, place in a microwave safe dish, cover and cook on high power for 5 minutes, stir and cook for a further 4 minutes.
