- Cook from frozen Oven - Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging and spread bites evenly on a baking tray. Bake in the upper part of the oven for 12-14 minutes. Shallow Fry - Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan and gently fry over a medium heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain well before serving
