Two fresh centre cut portions supplied in an oven bake tray, topped with cranberries and orange zest.
Skin On. Can be microwaved or oven baked in the tray within a few minutes for a delicious yet convenient festive meal. Suitable for home freezing.

Oven Bake from chilled (remove seal) Place tray on an oven proof tray or dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, 356°F or Gas Mark 4 for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through. Microwave from chilled - remove seal and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Suitable for home freezing - to cook from frozen add a few minutes to the above cooking times.
