Salmon Portions with Orange and Cranberry
Two fresh centre cut portions supplied in an oven bake tray, topped with cranberries and orange zest.
Skin On. Can be microwaved or oven baked in the tray within a few minutes for a delicious yet convenient festive meal. Suitable for home freezing.

- Oven Bake from chilled (remove seal) Place tray on an oven proof tray or dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, 356°F or Gas Mark 4 for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through. Microwave from chilled - remove seal and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Suitable for home freezing - to cook from frozen add a few minutes to the above cooking times.
